Return and 3-Month Guarantee
Money Back Guarantee:
Jewellery Ambre offers a full money-back guarantee on all items purchased with the following conditions:
1. Notification of Return:
If the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to notify Jewellery Ambre by email at office@jewelleryambre.com.au to explain the reason for return.
2. Return Procedure:
The item needs to be returned at the purchaser's expense within 14 days of the purchase.
Jewellery Ambre will inspect the item to ensure no damage or changes have been made to the piece.
A full refund, including the initial shipping cost, will be processed once Jewellery Ambre deems the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process:
The refund will be transacted through the same method that was used to pay for the item at the time of purchase.
Any reasonable fees incurred by Jewellery Ambre during the return process may be deducted from the refund amount.
3-Month Guarantee:
Additionally, Jewellery Ambre offers a 3-month guarantee for unexpected issues with the items themselves. If any unexpected issues arise, such as a chain breaking within 3 months of your purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
