Order Handling:

Orders placed by 2PM (QLD time zone) will be handed over to Australia Post for processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Express Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Costs:

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 Australia-wide. All standard deliveries are sent via signature-required delivery, ensuring your parcel must be signed for upon delivery.

For faster delivery, Express Delivery is available for $18, also sent via signature-required delivery.

The available delivery options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Delivery:

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders of $100 or more (excluding decorations). This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

For orders of $200 or more, enjoy free Express Delivery. This offer is also automatically applied at checkout.
